Upgrades
- PHP 4.3.10 and 5.0.3 are out
- Wordpress 1.2.2 is done
- MySQL 4.1 has been certified for production (finally supporting Unicode and Subselects! It's becoming a real DBMS after all...) Triggers and stored procedures are still in the pipeline, of course, but
- PostgreSQL 8.0 will be out soon and have a native Windows version ready, so you can have all those advanced features if you need 'em.
This server still runs MySQL 4.0 from backports.org, but I run 4.1 on my local development machines and it's great. If just Debian 3.1 would ship with it :-/... I guess as soon as Sarge is out, I'll be installing "backported" packages. That's kinda sad.
Update! it looks like MySQL 4.1.7 already found its way into testing.
