This is a portal to my work. A domain where I can run services, test stuff and communicate. I currently live in Munich, Germany. I'm working as a technology consultant, while studying information science and business engineering at the University of Regensburg. I dabble in NLP and result-oriented psychology.

Google hosts popular Ajax frameworks (Prototype, Mootools and jQuery, but not YUI, of course) on their CDN and promises to provide this service free of charge indefinitely. They also add an API to load these libraries via Google's own JavaScript library.

This program locks all tables, makes a LVM snapshot and then backups the database. Sounds like a good idea that could prove useful.
